Honoring Halabja Genocide Victims

We are grateful to everyone who joined us today to remember the victims of the Halabja Genocide.

We were honored to have Mr. Pat Kelly, the conservative Member of Parliament , and Ms. Leela Aheer , the former MLA, UCP Deputy Leader, and Minister of Culture, Multiculturalism among us. Their presence and words of solidarity were deeply moving.

Together, we observed a minute of silence and heard heartfelt speeches from community members. Your presence and support made this event truly meaningful.

Special thanks to Farkhonda Khanim and Kak Hossien for sharing their experiences with us.
